How does your full sale or return work?
We like to offer our retailers the opportunity to try a product without the commitment of having to keep stock that isn’t selling well for them. If on the off chance you have a product that isn’t selling, just hand it back to your local rep on their next scheduled visit, and they’ll be happy to refund you for the returned items.
How often are deliveries made to my store?
Our trusty sales reps tend to visit stores on a fortnightly basis, unless agreed otherwise with yourself.
Do you provide support for in-store merchandising or POS?
Yes! We’ve a range of FSDU’s and POS on hand the help merchandise your Bobby’s fixtures in store. Low on space? Not a problem. No matter how big or small your space, we can help you maximise it in the best way possible.
Are there promotional offers or marketing materials available for retailers?
Yes, we run fortnightly promotions here at Bobby’s, giving our retailers the chance to try different products and ranges at different times of the year. We also have a selection of Bobby’s posters and in-store materials that can be ordered on request from your depot.
Is there a minimum order requirement to trade with Bobby’s?
For standard deliveries to your store, there’s no minimum order requirement.
For our Brand Box model (ordered through our reps), retailers can stock up on hundreds of additional products, delivered to store by courier within 3 days of the rep’s visit. For Brand Box orders, the minimum order quantity is 6 cases.

Can I trial new products before committing to a larger order?
Yes. With our full sale or return & no minimum order quantity, ordering from us is hassle free.
